Classic Tomato and Garlic Pizza Bagels

Ingredients: 

  • 1 box of Rachel's Pizza Bagels
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic (peeled)
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • Olive oil 
  • Dried basil and oregano
  1. Preheat oven to 420
  2. Coat garlic with olive oil and place in tin foil. Cover and place in oven for up to 10 minutes. Check halfway by poking with fork. When garlic is done it will be easy to cut with fork. 
  3. Place tomatoes in oven with garlic for about 4 minutes.
  4. Cook pizza bagels according to cooking instructions on box.
  5. Place garlic, tomatoes, dried herbs, and a splash of olive oil on pizza bagels when done. Enjoy!

Mac and cheese pizza bagels

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Rachel's Pizza Bagels
  • 1 cup of boil macaroni noodles (cut in small pieces coated w/ a splash of olive oil.)
  1. Cook pizza bagels according to cooking instructions on box. Halfway through, place noodles on top of each pizza bagel and enjoy!

 

Maple glazed tempeh bacon pizza bagels

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Rachel's Pizza Bagels
  • 1-2 strips of tempeh
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of coconut oil or olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon or more of maple syrup or coconut nectar
  1. On medium heat, (with oil) place tempeh strips on pan
  2. Grill for 1 minute, then flip
  3. Add soy sauce or tamari and flip again until all the tempeh is marinated in sauce
  4. Lower heat to low and add maple syrup or coconut nectar. Cook for 30-45 seconds and remove from heat
  5. Cook pizza bagels according to instructions on box
  6. Let pizza bagels cool, then add tempeh bacon in small pieces. Enjoy!

 

Sweet potato & purple onion pizza bagels

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Rachel's Pizza Bagels
  • 1/2 small sweet potato (rinsed and chopped)
  • 1/4 small purple onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbl coconut oil or olive oil
  1. Pre-heat oven to 420 
  2. Coat sweet potato pieces in oil and place on oven tray. Put in oven.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes (turning and checking halfway.)
  4. In a pan on medium low heat, pour oil and toss in onion; stir frequently.
  5. Cook onions for about 8 minutes.
  6. Cook pizza bagels according to instructions on box (halfway add potato & onion.)
  7. Remove from oven, let cool, & enjoy!

coSMIC mUSHROOm PIZZA BAGELS

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Rachel's Pizza Bagels
  • 2-3 crimini mushrooms (rinsed and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Optional: Soy sauce or Tamari for extra flavor
  1. Pour olive oil and place mushrooms on pan; medium heat
  2. Stir. Add sea salt. (Add soy sauce) Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  3. Cook pizza bagels according to instructions on box
  4. Place mushrooms on pizza bagels and enjoy!

 

 

fancy dinner party kale pizza bagels

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Rachel's Pizza Bagels
  • 1 handful of chopped kale (rinsed well)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Dash of sea salt and turmeric powder
  • Dash of dried basil
  • Optional: Dash of cayenne pepper for kick!
  1. Add kale and oil to pan with a splash of water on low heat
  2. Add spices and stir continuously for 2 minutes or until kale is soft and slightly wilted
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Cook pizza bagels according to cooking instructions on box. 
  5. Top pizza bagels with kale, then top with basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!

Tomato & pepper pizza bagels

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Rachel's Pizza Bagels
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1/4 red bell pepper and 1/4 orange bell pepper or 2 mini bell peppers (thinly sliced and coated w/ a splash of olive oil.
  1. Cook pizza bagels according to cooking instructions on box. Halfway through, place tomatoes and bell peppers on top and enjoy!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 box of Rachel's Pizza Bagels
  • 1 handful of mixed greens (chopped)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • half an avocado (thinly sliced)
  • salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil
  1. Cook pizza bagels according to cooking instructions on box. 
  2. Mix salad ingredients with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper (to taste)
  3. Top salad over pizza bagels and enjoy!
